Perennial Wisdom

Peace in the country is peace in the world

By Dr. Pramila Srivastava

Our country is not only rich in mineral and other natural resources; its human capital is also enviable. High literacy rates, health standards and favorable relations with other countries allow the citizens of the country who are reflective of the affluent culture and heritage of the Country, to live comfortably and make the most of their opportunities. Economic liberalism and societal identity formation have played a major role in sustaining peace and tranquillity in a country. The history of the nation gives a glimpse into the magnanimity of its evolution. More than anything, the nationalistic fervor of the people is the contributing force abaft the culmination of such a development. This transformation of the nation instills a sense of national pride in the heart of every individual within the Country and abroad, and this section is a modest endeavor at keeping its flame alive.

There is a growing body of evidence indicating that spiritual practices are associated with better health and well-being for many reasons, including Contemplative practice which is a good practice for you. Contemplative practices are activities that guide you to direct your attention to a concrete focus—often an inward-looking reflection or concentration on a concrete sensation or concept. Many spiritual traditions have a long history of utilizing contemplative practices to increment commiseration, empathy, and attention, as well as quiet the mind. For a country the progress is completely dependent on the people of that country, so to uplift their country in all domains it is important that the people should be strong enough, not only by physique but from inside. But how can they strengthen themselves from inside and can give their contribution to the country? What all practices they should follow? A spiritual community can improve your life. Many spiritual traditions embolden participation in a community. Spiritual fellowship, such as attending religious place or a cogitation group, can be sources of convivial support which may provide a sense of belonging, security, and community.

Vigorous relationships have been proven to increment wellbeing and bolster life expectancy, which is perhaps why one study found a vigorous sodality between holy attendance and ameliorated health, mood, and well-being. Living in a country or any place is not a facile task there are many hurdles which you face at each and every step of your life. It is tough to survive in a country which is plenary of perturbing agents, for a more salubrious and safe living it is very compulsory that your country provide you a halcyon environment to stay.

Spiritual strength can help you to overcome hardships. Having a strong spiritual outlook may help you find meaning in life’s difficult circumstances. The spiritual practice of recognizing the interconnectedness of all life can also help buffer the pain that comes with difficult experiences. If we can compassionately remind ourselves in moments of falling down that failure is a component of the shared human experience, then that moment becomes one of togetherness rather than isolation. When our troubled, painful experiences are framed by the apperception that countless others have undergone kindred hardships, the blow is intenerated.

Our Earth has provided us countless beautiful, powerful and inspiring spots. They are often considered “spiritual” places in which one can connect to oneself and to nature. But it takes a plethora of work to make nature appear natural. To maintain the ostensibly pristine landscapes of the country, the National Park Accommodation must engage in traffic management, landscape design, crowd-diffusing techniques, viewpoint construction, behavioral management, and more, and to preserve the “spiritual” experience of the park.

The state invests visitors in a certain way of experiencing authenticity that is perceived as natural, individual, and authentic. This construction of experience naturalizes the exercise of ascendancy and the historical, convivial, and political fascinates that lie behind it. In this way a personal, individual, nature spirituality becomes a public religion of a categorically liberal stripe. What we have done for our country and what the country is doing for us are both interlinked. We can make our country puissant and our country should provide us the resources of the energy to increment this puissance. Rumination is surrender, it is not an authoritative ordinance, it is not coercing subsistence your way, it is relaxing into the way existence wants to be. It is a let-go.
